Site Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the operations team in the form of tracking and entering cost data, preparing summaries, issuing daily invoices and work orders
- Liaise with office administration regarding site administration functions
- Provide support and direction to site support personnel
- Track costs and equipment for daily operations and construction projects
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Office Administration or Business Technology program
- One to two years experience in accounting and/or financial administration
- Proven team leader with the ability to work with both operations and administrative personnel
- Superior multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of One World would be beneficial
- Comfortable working at a site office in a construction environment
